Explore your body using the rejuvenating techniques of myofascial release (MFR) in combination with active & passive forms of yoga as well as various other forms of movement that will rebalance & reenergize your body while relieving stress. This workshop is designed for yogis & yoga teachers who want to learn more about using various everyday tools to decrease muscle soreness & combat the wear & tear on the body of the modern lifestyle. Learn techniques to bring this practice into your everyday activities, empowering you to take control of your own health & comfort in life.
All students who attend will receive a FREE myofascial release toolkit which includes four large balls, two small balls & one scraper as well as a handy bag so you can take them anywhere you go!
